Ordered potato skins to go from this location. Tasted as if the fryer oil hasn't been changed since the place opened. Totally disgusting! Also the restaurant appeared to be very dirty and needs a good rehab. When you pick up from the carry out section you can see how beat up, run down and dirty the kitchen is. Gross! I'm always surprised when these chain restaurants that make millions of dollars can't keep their stores in tip-top shape. Where's all that money going Chilli's bigwigs? Oh yeah, in your pockets. Had lunch with a girlfriend here today. We had appetizers and soup and everything was tasty. I always love the southwest eggrolls-yum! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and that's after our one complaint. Something at the table smelled and we think it was that the table was wiped down with a smelly/sour sponge before our arrival. She was very nice about it and offered to move us which we took her up on. Some servers might have an attitude but she was very kind and accommodating. I really enjoyed being able to pay promptly at the table via the touch screen. Fun!

This Chili's usually has decent service and is very clean. Last time we went our waitor was a bit slow in getting us a few items, but took a menu item off our bill for us which was very nice. Food is usually very good and delivered as expected. I have always been a fan of the chain and this location does not disappoint.

A very unpleasant experience at this Chili's location. As others have mentioned, this is not the cleanest of locations. We ordered take-out a few weeks ago. We should have checked the bags as we found out we were missing part of our order when we arrived home. Called the location and spoke with the Manager (Mike). Let me start by saying that I would not hire this man as a busboy, let alone a manager. We ordered three entrees, not a complex order by any stretch, but Mike obviously could not comprehend what the order on his screen said because he mentioned it was "confusing" him, so he needed to get out of the order. Mind you this order was three entrees, nothing special about it. After 10 minutes on the phone with Mike, he said he would send us a gift card for the missing items. He took my contact information but to no surprise, we never received anything in the mail. Obviously Mike was either not very bright (my guess) or he simply never wrote down the information to begin with. Either way, this location is not one I patronize again.

Typical casual dining experience, no different than Applebee's, these two restaurant seem to be interchangeable in my opinion! Service is hit or miss, it took for ever for our food and refills with our last visit but waiters are always friendly! Kind of bored with their menu at this point... However their chips and salsa is always a hit!

Great food and great service!!! :) I had the lighter choice sirloin which was cooked to perfection. I also had their molten ice cream chocolate cake for dessert which was probably the best thing I've had in a long time. Great location for a casual dinner or a first date!!

Went there to eat with my wife and my youngest daughter. It took an exceptionally long time for us to receive attention once we were seated. Once we finally did order it took forever for our food to get to us. My wife ordered her item specifically without any beans and she was served her entree covered in beans! We did not want to wait any longer so we dealt with that. Then when we received our bill they charged us for water! ($2.59 per water) I will not be going here again!!!

It probably won't last much longer just like the neighboring AppleBees restaurant. Go to Gurnee or somewhere else in general.

My fiance, his mother, and I came here on a Sunday evening. We were seated in a booth next to the bar. It appeared they were quite busy but only had 1 person working both the bar and the tables. Bad idea. The server came to say hi and took our drink orders within the first 20 minutes. She forgot to bring one of the drinks. 1 hour later, the server comes by and asks "are you ready to order?" and I said "yes" outloud, but in my head, I was thinking "why wouldn't we be after 1 hour of waiting?" Anyway, I ordered a guacamole burger- well done. When we received our food another hour later, what I received was a guacamole burger- completely pink. However, for the following reasons, I decided to move forward and eat it: 1) I was starving 2) I did not want to have to wait another hour for my food 3) I had an 1.25 hour drive home and did not want to get home too late That was a very bad idea. I got very sick as soon as we got back from the restaurant. Needless to say, we will never be returning. Learn how to staff right! and cook your burgers right! Geeze.

I went to have a few drinks with my friend. Of course they ask for an ID so we show them, mine was fine since I had the newer drivers lisc but my friends was denied due to not having the "newer" style ID. Now this would be a valid reason to deny her if it was EXPIRED but it was not. A valid ID is a valid ID. Will not be giving any more business to Chili's.

As with most chain restaurants, there is nothing overly grand to write home about in terms of the menu. However, the menu is consistent and at this particular location, I've been pleased with the service which does make a difference. At this location they also seem to be more apt to adjust the menu item to fit your personal taste. Even during rush hour times the wait staff don't seem to falter and the food comes out as ordered and with a good presentation. During my last visit, I got the chicken fajitas, they came out sizzling and smelling good. The chicken was moist, and the accompanying onions & peppers were good and not overdone. My only complaint for that visit was the raspberry ice-tea was not very raspberry tasting and the tea taste was rather pungent. A tip to the those of you who don't like eating around a lot of toddlers/babies. Don't let them sit you in the back aisle, where the rest rooms are located. This seems to be the designated spot where they place babies and toddlers, which I assume is because the aisle itself is wide and accommodates the high chairs better.

Atmosphere was good and it was comfortable inside. Restaurant was fairly clean except for the glass windows between the bar and dining room where we sat. Dirty fingerprints and a child's booger. Not very fun to look at Took some time for our soup to come out. I don't feel soup should take that long. And when it came out there were no crackers. A minute later food was served. Food was good. Soup was good. My favorite part of the experience is being able to pay for it through the ziosk machine at the table. Unfortunately that wasn't working either. Overall the experience was average.

I am not a huge fan of Chili's but I really do enjoy it now that I have given it a chance. It seems to always be on the top of our list for where to dine on week nights. Everything at this Chili's location is perfect. The service is friendly since the moment you walk into the door, the food tastes great and the price, it's decent. I have not had one bad experience with this Chili's location yet (knock on wood) and I couldn't be more pleased. I really enjoy the food and the prices aren't bad. Sure, they may be a little pricey but the food is worth every dollar. It's a nice atmosphere but it could get extremely rowdy during rush hour when everyone decides to come in and eat. That is why I only like going to this Chili's during lunch time. There aren't many things to complain about, the restaurant is always clean, the service is always good and the food consistently tastes great. There isn't a thing I can think of that needs improvement. I highly recommend you stop in and grab a bite to eat if you are nearby. I am sure you would be surprisingly satisfied with what this Chili's has to offer. You won't be disappointed.

It's Chili's. Let's not get crazy. I wanted to leave a review because I went recently for lunch and they now have these kinda cool, standalone, digital devices on each table now where you can browse the menu, play games (like memory, etc), order dessert, and pay your bill. If you're gonna provide all those options, I wish they would just let you order from the device, but then I guess that would defeat the purpose of having a server. I like this idea for the convenience factor (no need to wait for your server to bring you a check) but on the other hand, it's just encouraging the future younglings of America to be an anti-social, ADD driven, technologially dependent generation. For the record, I love technology, but do you really want to see the day robots take over the world? DO YOU.

Great place, great food and great service. Chili's has yet to let me down. I have always had great service whenever I have visited. I noticed most of the servers on the floor were women, but I'm not complaining. I went the other day and it was again, another pleasant experience. The only odd thing was that our fries, mine and 3 others that were with me, all tasted spoiled or they were fried with oil that was recently cooked with something else. We were already full by that point but my brother got another side for free. I will be back again because of the service and wide variety of menu options to choose from
